I was asked to make coffee once when I was an admin assistant. I was given instructions in advance by a secretary who would normally make coffee but was going to be gone that day. I did not drink coffee and had never made it. When the time came to make it, I added more scoops because it did not seem like very much in the pot. After the meeting I asked how the coffee was. The manager said it was so strong it could grow hair on a pool ball. While I did not make bad coffee on purpose, no one ever asked me to make coffee again. Had my manager asked, I would have though because I got paid all the same.
