I don't understand all of the hoopla. Government is already involved in health care in a big way. All Americans sign up for Medicare (government-run insurance) at 65. Seniors in Switzerland stay with their private insurers for life. What about the Department of Veterans Affairs? That is a prime example of government-run health care.
But I heard it will be just like Christmas!
Dave, the difference is you now will be adding 30 million people who have little money to pay into the system. Then when, as Obama promised, he legalizes the 11+ million illegals, you'll have that many more people with high health care needs and little income to pay into the system.
