I have, of course, read all your points multiple times in your articles and blog posts, but it's nice to see the main ones summarized in a different medium. I hope your word gets out there further! People need to hear this.
I enjoyed the interview.
The language at colleges and universities is revealing: academics speak of teaching "loads" and research "opportunities," never the reverse.
